- The M2 Yenikapı–Hacıosman metro line stops at Şişli-Mecidiyeköy station. Osmanbey and Taksim lie to the south; Gayrettepe, Levent and Maslak to the north.
- Mecidiyeköy station on the M7 metro line links the area with districts on the western side of the city.
- The Mecidiyeköy metrobus stop gives a direct connection across the Bosphorus Bridge to the Asian side and towards the west of the European side.
Getting to Taksim and Nişantaşı
Take the M2 from Şişli-Mecidiyeköy towards Taksim: the next stop is Osmanbey, then Taksim. Nişantaşı, known for its shops and cafés, is right next to Osmanbey station. The congress centres in Harbiye are also reached via Osmanbey and Taksim stations.
Levent, Maslak and the business districts
